Founded in 2014, Wearable Devices (Nasdaq: WLDS) is a technology growth company specializing in AI-powered, touchless sensing wearables.

We have brought our unique neural input technology directly to the consumer market through two flagship products. For users within the Apple ecosystem, we developed the Mudra Band, a smart band for the Apple Watch that provides intuitive and seamless device control. For users on other platforms, the Mudra Link delivers the same powerful control experience for a wide range of devices, including AR/XR headsets, PCs, and Android systems. Both wristbands empower users with complete freedom of interaction, from daily tasks to immersive gaming and extended reality (XR) experiences.

For our business partners and developers, we offer a dedicated implementation and support program. This program provides the tools, support, and neural infrastructure required to integrate our control technology into their own hardware and software products, unlocking new opportunities in spatial computing, enterprise applications, and custom solutions.

Founders
​Asher Dahan
Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Asher Dahan has served as our director since March 2014 and as our Chief Executive Officer and as acting Chief Financial Officer since March 2016. Mr. Dahan founded our company together with Mr. Guy Wagner and Mr. Leeor Langer in March 2014.
From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Dahan worked as Electrical Validation Manager at Intel Haifa, Israel. He worked for Intel Haifa, Israel from 2006 to 2012 as Technical Leader and Engineer for High Speed Interfaces. Mr. Dahan has a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Ort Braude College.
Guy Wagner
Chief Scientific, President and Director
Mr. Guy Wagner has served as our director since March 2014 and as our Chief Scientific Officer and as Company President since March 2016.
Mr. Wagner founded our company together with Mr. Asher Dahan and Mr. Leeor Langer in March 2014. From 2005 to 2014, Mr. Wagner worked as Hardware Engineer at Intel Haifa, Israel. Mr. Wagner has a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Ort Braude College.
Leeor Langer
Chief Technology Officer
Leeor Langer co-founded the company and has led its technology strategy since March 2016. He has extensive experience developing algorithms in signal processing, image processing, and digital ranking from his previous roles at Intel Israel, CMT Medical Technologies, and BrandShield.
Mr. Langer holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, where he graduated cum laude and published peer-reviewed papers on digital pathology.
