The Band That Will Replace the Computer Mouse

Augmented World Expo, the worlds largest AR & VR conference has arrived to Tel Aviv on 5-Nov-2018. Mudra is a wrist-worn gesture recognition device. It enables the user to control technology wirelessly by using various subtle finger movements. Proprietary sensors capture bipotential signals on the wrist, and algorithms translate and classify them to as a user-intended gesture. Discrete gestures are individual finger movement - index finger, thumb finger, the soft tap of the index or middle finger on the thumb, which are used as functions to navigate menus - select, scroll up/down, go back. Continuous and gradational fingertip pressure applied between fingers or on physical are used for drag and drop, zoom-in or out, rotate holograms.

Aired on Israeli Channel 12 TV on 4-Nov-2018.

ABOUT US

Wearable Devices Ltd. develops a non-invasive Neural input interface for controlling digital devices using subtle finger movements.

We believe that neural-based interfaces will become as ubiquitous as wearable computing and digital devices in general, just as the touchscreen became the universal input method for smartphones.
